Geocell Systems is based in San Francisco, CA. Its management team has extensive experience in flood fighting, plastics manufacturing, and contracting.

Geocell Systems is entering this emergency operations arena with expectations we know we can fulfill. Our experience with what the market requires has allowed us to staff experienced manufacturing personnel, experienced flood fighting personnel, a knowledgeable sales and field personnel and successful business administrators.

We are focused on providing a product that eliminates threats to public safety and property.
We have developed mutual respect from our peers. The RDFW product has met and surpassed original design objectives in the most severe simulated flooding conditions.

Geocell has developed relations with some of the most reputable engineers and scientists at one of the most renowned laboratories in the world. We fully understand and respect the devastation that can be brought about by flooding.

The successful testing and related focus by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers has created a convincing argument. Such a relationship will certainly create growth patterns and encourage sales. The CRDA is on going for the next 4 years. Further testing and development can be conducted at the WES/ERDC Laboratory at our discretion.

We are in the beginning stages of exposing the RDFW to more Emergency Management personnel. We have met and demonstrated what we set out to do. Federal administrators have never turned us down. Most have been favorable to the idea, having experienced sandbagging operations. Most people have evaluated the merits of the product and first talk of how they could have used the product in previous emergency events.

We are in a very unique position in history. We are the first to expose this method to the public and take advantage of its success.
